Rhythmic Gymnastics Masterclass with Ms Daniela Nanova

Just last week, on 6th June 2022, Singapore Gymnastics hosted a masterclass with Ms Daniela Nanova at Sengkang Sports Hall. Ms Nanova comes from Birmingham where she was working with gymnasts from British Gymnastics on choreography, ballet barre work and center work, a wide variety of stretching for flexibility, along with coordination to complement various dances. Selection Policies Update 2020

A selection process is required to determine the gymnasts who may, at that point in time, best represent Singapore. The selection criteria are dependent on specific tournament rules and hence changes from competition to competition. In the case of Major Games (i.e. SEA Games, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, and Olympic Games), the selection criteria must also be in line with and approved by the Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC).
