Singapore Gymnastics is excited to be licensed to deliver KinderGym, Australia's most successful movement-based learning experience programme this educational children’s programme for young children under 6 years old and their parents or caregivers in Singapore in partnership with its affiliated clubs. 

Children need as many opportunities as possible to optimise brain development and increase physical potential before they go to school. KinderGym provides a safe environment for children to develop physical skills in a fun and playful way at their own rate. Educational research tells us that children learn best through exploring and discovering their abilities through physical activity. The KinderGym programme offers children entry into fundamental movement; ensuring they can experience a wide range of movement activities and be encouraged to think, create, construct and solve problems with their own bodies. While developing co-ordination and self-esteem, KinderGym programmes assist in a child's physical, social and cognitive development. 

The KinderGym program has been founded on child development principles and is steered by the KinderGym Guiding Principles. An accredited KinderGym Coach guides each program, ensuring that the equipment set-ups are safe, stimulating and provide endless movement opportunities for children to play and learn. 

To be an SG-KinderGym affiliated, clubs need to have at least one accredited coach who has attended the SG-KinderGym course to be endorsed. As an SG-KinderGym affiliated club, they are entitled to:

• be listed on SG website as a licensed KinderGym provider (endorsement runs on a year-by-year basis)

• take priority to deliver KinderGym programs under ActiveSG Gymnastics Academy supported by Sports Singapore

• have access to KinderGym flyers and posters

• be distributed specially-designed KinderGym passport for all KinderGym participants
