Please be reminded to input your child’s details if you are registering for your child. This includes:

  • Proof of age document
  • Date of birth
  • Last 4 digits of NRIC (eg: 123A)

 

  1. When can I renew my membership?
    2024 Membership renewal for Athlete members and associate members will commence on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024, 12 noon at https://www.singaporegymnastics.org.sg/membership/

 

  1. I am unable to renew my membership. The error message states that no member found. What do I do?
    Please check that the information you have filled in are accurate.

    Please ensure that you fill it in based on how it was filled in previously. Please refer to the examples for the possible variations

    If you are renewing the membership on behalf of your child, please ensure that you have filled in your child’s date of birth.
     
  1. How will I know if my registration is successful?
    Members will receive log in details and a payment confirmation slip to the email address used in registration upon successful registration. If you have not recieved your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your emails folders - Inbox, Junk, Spam before dropping us an email at sgoffice@singaporegymnastics.org.sg

 

  1. Is there an alternative payment method for the membership?

Unfortunately, PayPal is our only means of payment at the moment. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please do drop us at email at sgoffice@singaporegymnastics.org.sg with the following details for us to clearly identify the issue and provide assistance.

  • Name of member
  • Invoice number (Eg: MR12345)
  • Screenshot of the error message displayed.

 

  1. My child Is currently training at 2 clubs, do I need to create 2 accounts?
    You will not be required to create 2 accounts for your child. Please do drop us an email at sgoffice@singaporegymnastics.org.sg if this is the case, and we will advise you accordingly.  

 

  1. My child may be changing clubs. Can I change clubs mid season?
  • If the change has been done at the start of the year, please do input the new training club during membership renewal.
  • If the change is done midseason, please drop us an email at sgoffice@singaporegymnastics.org.sg to request a change.

 

  1. I registered for the wrong membership class. Can I change the membership class?
    Membership upgrades, such as moving from a recreational athlete to a competitive athlete level, are available. However, please note that we are unable to offer refunds for downgrading your membership class. We strongly advise reviewing your membership application thoroughly before submission, as refunds won't be processed for incorrect applications.   1. Can I get a refund on my membership?
    Regrettably, in accordance with our Membership policy, refunds will not be issued.
