Singapore Gymnastics Seeks WAG Technical Advisory Council Members

Singapore Gymnastics (SG) continues its strategic initiatives in enhancing the sport's standards and direction with the appointment of Technical Advisory Councils (TAC) for the various disciplines. Following the successful appointment of the new TACs for MAG, RG, and TRA in January 2024, SG now shifts its focus towards appointing members for the Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) TAC.

Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) National Training Centre (NTC) Selection Trial

Singapore Gymnastics (SG) is pleased to announce that registration for the annual Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) National Training Centre (NTC) Selection Trial is now open! Objective: To identify and induct talented individuals who have the potential to represent Singapore at major games (South East Asian Games, Asian Games, Olympic Games etc.) and international championships. 2nd FIG Artistic Gymnastics Junior World Championships

The 2nd FIG Artistic Gymnastics Junior World Championships will be held in Antalya, Turkey from 29 March – 2 April 2023.  We are proud to announce that Jovi Loh will be representing Singapore in the Men's Artistic Gymnastics discipline at the 2nd FIG Artistic Gymnastics Junior World Championships. At Singapore Gymnastics, we wish Jovi to perform to the best of his ability and fly the Singapore flag high!

SGDP Camp - RG (November 2022)

The main objective of our annual SGDP camp is to create an environment for both athletes and coaches to learn from one another and to improve the overall quality of gymnastics in Singapore. The camp lasted from 28th to 30th November at the Rhythmic Gymnastics National Training Centre, OCBC Arena. The camp was led by our NTC coaches, Ms Berdin Serdil ORS, Ms Amy Kwan and Ms Irina Bessmertnaya.

Rhythmic Gymnastics - Level 1 Judges Course

Singapore Gymnastics will be conducting a Rhythmic Gymnastics National Level 1 Judges Course. The National Level 1 Course is part of SG’s judging accreditation pathway and to attend the course, participants have to be at least 15 in 2022. The accredited National Level 1 judged are deemed competent to judge Kinder to Level 5 at non sanctioned FIG events.

Rhythmic Gymnastics Masterclass with Ms Daniela Nanova

Just last week, on 6th June 2022, Singapore Gymnastics hosted a masterclass with Ms Daniela Nanova at Sengkang Sports Hall. Ms Nanova comes from Birmingham where she was working with gymnasts from British Gymnastics on choreography, ballet barre work and center work, a wide variety of stretching for flexibility, along with coordination to complement various dances.
