How does it work?

Step 1: Select your tickets type and dates by clicking on the dates above.

Concession tickets are applicable for students (above the age of 12) and senior citizens (above the age of 60). Please provide any form of proof or identifications (i.e Student pass/ Senior Citizen card) for verifications prior to entry.  Random checks will be conducted for verification purposes.

Free admission for all children 12 and under.

Step 2: Select the dates and the number of tickets you wish to purchase for each of the dates.

Step 3: Upon successful purchase, you will receive an email confirming your registration. ticket QR Code. will be send a day before the event.

Step 4: Present the ticket QR Code at the Event registration area.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q. Do you sell concession ticket?
A. Yes. Concession ticket is only applicable to students and senior citizens above the age of 60. Please provide any form of proof or identifications (i.e. Student pass/ Senior Citizen card) for verifications prior to entry.

Q: Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
A: Yes, if you child is above 12 years old. Free admission for all children 12 and under.

Q. Do competing athletes need a ticket to enter?
A. Athletes with their accreditation tag do not have to purchase spectator tickets .

Q. How can I access complimentary spectator ticket?
A. Parents are encouraged to become an Associate Member of Singapore Gymnastics and receive complimentary tickets to all our events for the year. As an Associate Member you will have complimentary access for all sessions and days of competition.

Q. After purchasing the ticket, I am unable to see the QR code.
A. Please click the “download image” option of the email.

Q. I did not receive my ticket?
A. No Worries! The ticket will be sent to you the night before the event date.

Q. As the ticket is for the entire day, can I leave the venue and then return?
A. Yes, on entry you will receive a wrist band and this will enable you to “come and go” for the entire day.

Q. I have purchased 2 tickets and there is 1 QR code, is that correct?
A. Yes, this is correct. The QR code will have the details of what you have purchased.

Q. May I cancel the ticket bought?
A. Refer to our Refund Policy, item 7 and below is the extract

Q. I have registered for my ticket but have not paid yet.  Do I need to register again to pay for the ticket?

A.  No, you do not need to register again to pay for the ticket. Once you've registered to purchase the ticket, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to view the invoice and make the payment. Simply locate the email, click on the "view invoice and pay" icon, and proceed with the payment. It's important to note that you should not register again; instead, follow the instructions provided in the email for payment.

Q. Why does it take so long to redeem my tickets?

The delay could be attributed to a few factors:

1. Incorrect Name Entry: If names are entered incorrectly (i.e. last name entered in the first name field and vice versa), it could cause delays in sorting through registration lists. Ensuring proper name input helps expedite the process.

2. Purchase Timing: Purchase of tickets in advance is recommended. If registration is unpaid on the day before the event, it may be deleted from the system to facilitate mass issuance of e-tickets. Additionally, poor reception in certain areas of the competition hall may hinder internet access, making it difficult to complete transactions.

3. Priority for Early Purchasers: Priority may be given to spectators with QR codes or evidence of payment to ensure they don't miss out on events. Once the queue for these spectators is cleared, attention can be given to those who haven't purchased or are experiencing payment issues.

Regarding payment issues, a video guide is suggested for reference. After registering to purchase tickets, spectators should check their email for the invoice for payment. Please ensure to unclick the following option before proceeding with payment, as below.
