RG National Training Centre Selection Trial 2022 - Registrations Open!

Do you have what it takes to be training for Rhythmic Gymnastics in the National Training Centre?
Training in the National Training Centre (NTC) allows you the chance to represent Singapore at major games (SEA Games, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, Olympic Games etc.) and international championships.
1) Be under the tutelage of our NTC coaches.
2) Have access to necessary and world class sports science support from SSI and NYSI.
3) Attend workshops that are exclusive to NTC athletes that improve athlete performance for quality progression
