High Performance Symposium

In 2022 Singapore Gymnastics will be running High Performance Coach symposiums for MAG, WAG and RG.

They are scheduled to be held in conjunction with the December SGDP Camps, with international guest presenter.

Singapore Gymnastics encourages all Coaches involved with SGDP to attend, along with other coaches and judges in the community.

This year the focus will not only be on further technical development for coaches in the high-performance pathway, but on Training for Performance and Robustness and Mental Imagery. All important aspects in the development of athletes in the performance pathway.

We have an exciting line up of 4 international guest speakers this year: Paul Farmer, Sho Ito, Stacey Umeh and Miss Rika Yamamoto. More details on the Symposium and our guest speakers can be found here.

The Symposium will have four distinct sessions for the day, with all sessions being conducted face to face.
