Singapore Gymnastics conducted the National Squad Induction on 9 May 2026, welcoming our newly selected athletes into the National Squad 2026.

The session provided athletes with an overview of the National Squad structure, expectations, and upcoming plans. Key presentations were delivered to share important information on training commitments, athlete development pathways, and competition opportunities for the season ahead.

Athletes also took part in a series of activities aimed at fostering team bonding, encouraging them to step out of their comfort zones and get to know new teammates across different disciplines. It was encouraging to see them interacting, building connections, and taking their first steps together as part of the National Squad.

The session concluded with refreshments, providing athletes and coaches the opportunity to engage in informal conversations and connect further.

This marks the beginning of a new chapter for our athletes — one that will demand discipline, commitment, and resilience. We look forward to seeing them rise to the challenge and represent Singapore with pride in the season ahead.
