Gymnastics clubs are busy places with a variety of people operating in different roles. The roles have a variety of purposes but all require clear onboarding in order to ensure the quality operation of the club.

Whether the role is that of a coach, a manager, an administrator, a cleaner or an intern, a consistent and clear presentation of the requirements of working in a gymnastics club will support good management practices as well as enuring a safe environment.
