32nd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games

The 32nd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games will be held in Cambodia in May. We are proud to announce that the following athletes that will be representing Singapore in the Men's Artistic Gymnastics discipline at the 32nd SEA Games. We are sure that many of you might recognise some familiar faces, as this team consists of our 31st SEA Games athletes that clinched Team Bronze last year!

2023 National Championships Conclude in Singapore!

It has been two weeks since the National Championship concluded, and this had to be one of our biggest and greatest Championship to be held yet! We welcomed over 1,480 athletes over the 11 days of competition across our four disciplines: Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG), Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG), Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG), and Trampoline (TRA). Important Updates: 2nd FIG Junior World Championships

With only one sleep away before the qualifications of the 2nd FIG Junior World Championships in Antalya, Turkey. We would like to share how our athletes, Jovi and Colleen have been doing these last few days in preparation for their first World Championships, and how you can stay updated!

Olympic Council of Asia’s Athletes Forum

On 18th – 19th March 2023, Terry Tay, an official member of the Singapore Olympic Council (SNOC) Athlete Commission attended the OCA Athletes Forum in Bangkok, Thailand. The two-day forum took place in hopes to support Athletes Committees in Asia and try to work cohesively to assist athletes.

2nd FIG Artistic Junior World Championships (WAG)

Following the conclusion of our 2023 National Championships held last week. We are proud to announce that Colleen Hong will be representing Singapore in the Women’s Artistic Gymnastics discipline at the 2nd FIG Artistic Gymnastics Junior World Championships.

Board Update January 2023

This is an update from the 14th and 15th Board Meeting held on Wednesday 18 January and Tuesday 31 January respectively at the SG National Office.

Building a United RG Community

On 15 December 2022, the President convened a meeting with affiliated RG Clubs to develop alignment and key strategies that would unite the RG Community. After the meeting, the Board requested that the Rhythmic Gymnastics Technical Advisory Council (TAC) discuss and develop key strategies or actions around improving the judging and judging processes for RG events.

National Championships registration hits an all time high!

This year alone we have had across the board a 20% increase in registration which is more than 250 additional athletes from 2022. This indeed is a fantastic problem to have, and we are excited to see the growth of the sport.
