Strength Summit 2020

The Strength Summit 2020 is a 1-day virtual conference (29 Oct 2020) that aims to provide evidence-based knowledge and information for professional trainers, coaches, athletes, dieticians, medical practitioners and fitness enthusiasts, focusing on sports nutrition and peak performance. This year, the Strength Summit focuses on the application of sports nutrition and physiology in high powered performance in athletes and the dangers of performance enhancing drugs.

The importance of your Standard First Aid Accreditation

Why is it important for coaches to be Standard First Aid certified? Don't wait till your SFA accreditation has fully expired, go for a refresher and get it renewed to ensure your SFA certification does not lapse.

Coaches, have you got your Standard First Aid up to date?

COVID has previous placed a halt on many events and trainings ongoing, including Standard First Aid (SFA) training sessions. We understand many coaches' SFA accreditation may be expring within these few months. The good news is many of the SFA training providers are back in operation and an even better news is there are SFA Refrsher Course E-Learning for NROC coaches out there available.
