Singapore Gymnastics wishes to extend its deepest sympathies to the family of Mrs Ng Soh Lan who passed away on Saturday 16 January 2020, at the age of 60.
In the next couple of days, technical members who have completed their 2021 renewal will be receiving an email with The Hero Lab activation code. Members will be guided on how they can sign up for free access to the SHIFT Movement Science The Hero Lab and SHIFT HQ platforms for the entire year, worth SGD$145 annually.

As coaches and sports practitioners, we play a critical role in the personal as well as athletic development of their athletes. Being a member of Singapore Gymnastics, we subscribe to and enforce code of ethics that demonstrates our commitment to providing quality services and expertise.
In late November, early December, Singapore Gymnastics conducted 4 camps for young MAG, WAG and RG athletes as part of their progress along the high performance pathway.
Please note that our membership database will be officially closed as of 23 December 2020 to get ready for yearly renewals and registrations. Athlete & Associate membership renewal and registration will go live on Wednesday 6th January 2020, 12nn.
The SG Board has passed the resolution on 26th November 2020 that due to the 2021 SEA Games Rhythmic Gymnastics would have a Group All-Around event, Singapore would look to send a Group team, if possible, to participate in the event scheduled to be held 27-28 November 2021
