RPL Eligibility Survey

This screening survey aims to help applicants understand which documents they need for the RPL process and determine whether they can provide them. It also helps SG identifies the most suitable RPL pathway based on the applicant’s experience, coaching qualifications, and tertiary studies.

The letter of good standing serves to verify that the coach has maintained ethical conduct, professional behavior, and valid credentials with their previous National Federation and/or employer. Letter template and requirements will be provided.

The coach is able to provide a letter of good standing from your previous employer.*

The coach has completed tertiary studies in sport coaching/pedagogy that can be supported with an academic transcript.*

This to facilitate Coach Theory modules mapping required for NROC membership. Topics include Sport Development System, Theories of Coaching, The Coaching Process, Building a Positive Culture.

The coach has completed tertiary studies in sport science that can be supported with an academic transcript.*

This to facilitate sport science modules mapping required for NROC membership. Topics include Introduction to Exercise and Sports, Anatomy and injury prevention, Sports biomechanics, Sports nutrition, Sports physiology, Sports psychology, Strength and conditioning.

The coach has completed Standard First Aid with AED with a local training provider.*

The coach has completed the "Understanding Safe Sport as a Coach" module coordinated by CoachSG.*
