Welcoming our new Sports Administration & Membership Executive

Singapore Gymnastics (SG) is pleased to announce the appointment of our new Sport Administration & Membership Executive, Ms Josephine Tan, who commenced work with SG on the 1 August 2022.

SG are committed to growing membership, while turning a true focus on developing the capacity and capability of the key drivers of the sport, our clubs and coaches. Josephine will be responsible for providing administrative support to facilitate the implementation of participation projects and programmes, as well as servicing the clubs and coaches with a continued focused and improved communication and connection programme.


Josephine will be managing the following three key portfolio areas in her roles as the Sport Administration & Membership Executive:

  1. Membership servicing for our SG coaches & clubs
  2. Work with affiliated Clubs to support the implementation of SG’s participation programmes
  3. Provide support to the operations of the Gymnastics Coach and Judge Education programmes and any workshops held by SG

Josephine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Management) and a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science. Her interests are in the learn to play development and has experiences teaching children 3-12 years old. Prior to joining SG,  her focus was primarily on administration, with a keen interest in Coaches Education and Development.

Clubs will have a chance to meet Josephine face to face when we go on our annual club visits campaign this 22 August - 16 Sept, where we meet, chat and connect with all our affiliated clubs.
