
Following the update to the Safe Management Measures for Sport and Physical Exercise & Activity Under the Stabilisation Period from 27 September –21 November 2021, Singapore Gymnastics (SG) has since updated our sport-specific guidelines to be in line with the new government measures and it has been approved by SportSG.

The important notes are:
- Physical distancing of 2 metres between participants within the same bubble or 2 metres for indoors high intensity or high movement exercise classes
- If there is more than one bubble sharing a space, the bubbles must not interact and must maintain a distance of 2 metres apart from one another at all times. The bubbles of 2 are not to intermingle before, during and after the class, and must remain 2 metres apart.
- Each bubble needs to remain 2 metres apart from one another.
