We are pleased to announce that Venessa Lim has been appointed as Singapore Gymnastics' new Performance Development Manager (PDM) and will officially commence her role on 3 August 2026.
Venessa is already a familiar and valued member of the Performance Development team. She first joined Singapore Gymnastics in 2023 in a contract role before gaining additional experience with the Singapore Squash Rackets Association. She rejoined Singapore Gymnastics in 2024 as our High Performance Administrator, where she has played an integral role in supporting the organisation's high-performance programmes.
Over the past few years, Venessa has contributed across a wide range of areas, including the National Training Centre (NTC) programme, National Squad operations, competition planning and administration, judging education initiatives, and other key performance development activities. Her strong organisational skills, commitment, and growing expertise have made her an invaluable member of the team.
In her new role as PDM, Venessa will continue to work closely with athletes, coaches, parents, and stakeholders to support the delivery and ongoing development of Singapore Gymnastics' performance development programmes.
Please join us in congratulating Venessa on her well-deserved appointment. We look forward to her continued contributions and wish her every success in this new role.
