Singapore Gymnastics to Support Coach Education Endorsement for Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Hours

Singapore Gymnastics is pleased to further update the community regarding Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hour opportunities for gymnastics coaches in Singapore.
As part of Singapore Gymnastics’ ongoing commitment to coach development and education, all Singapore Gymnastics Development Programme (SGDP) sessions, including both training sessions and workshops, are currently approved by CoachSG for CCE hours.
In addition, Singapore Gymnastics is pleased to share that approval has also now been received for National Squad sessions. Coaches who attend or deliver these sessions will be eligible to receive CCE hours.
To further strengthen the development of gymnastics in Singapore and support the wider coaching community, Singapore Gymnastics will also support affiliated clubs in applying for CCE hours through Singapore Gymnastics to CoachSG, subject to CoachSG approval requirements.
Under this initiative:
- Singapore Gymnastics may apply to CoachSG for CCE hours for SG workshops, seminars, and conferences that are open to coaches from affiliated clubs who are SG Technical Members.
- Singapore Gymnastics may also apply to CoachSG, on behalf of affiliated clubs, for workshops, seminars, and conferences that are open to coaches from other affiliated clubs who are SG Technical Members, at a reasonable cost.
- CCE hours will be awarded to coaches from affiliated clubs who are SG Technical Members and who attend or deliver SGDP sessions.
- CCE hours will also be awarded to coaches from affiliated clubs who are SG Technical Members and who attend or deliver National Squad sessions.
Singapore Gymnastics believes that continued coach education and collaboration are essential in building a stronger gymnastics ecosystem and raising coaching standards across all disciplines.
