Singapore Gymnastics Staff Appreciation Day

Singapore Gymnastics Staff Appreciation Day will be celebrated this year on the 11^th of February. It is a day for Singapore Gymnastics to thank its employees for their hard work and effort throughout the year.

While technology has made many aspects of our jobs easier, it has also made it harder for many professionals to step away from their work. If you can check your work email at 9 p.m. on a Wednesday night from the comfort of your home, why shouldn’t you? No worker is a machine. Everyone needs a break at least every now and again. Staff Appreciation Day is a perfect time to encourage the staff of Singapore Gymnastics to step away from their desks and relax with their peers — which, in turn, improves work-life balance a little bit.
 

More and more companies and organisations are using Employee Appreciation Day to thank their employees as it increases employee job satisfaction. The holiday is also a reminder to recognise and reward their employees’ effort for building a stronger corporate culture through employee appreciation.
