We’re excited to reveal the second expert speaker for this year’s SG Coaches Congress, Elizabeth Paisieva from Bulgaria. Elizabeth joins a diverse group of speakers who are contributing valuable perspectives to an ongoing, collective evolution in coaching. As a two-time Olympian and World Championship bronze medalist, manager and head coach at the Norwegian Rhythmic Gymnastics national team, Elizabeth brings deep insight, innovative strategies, and a passion for coach education. With more than 15 years of coaching experience and a background in RG performance training theory and methodology, ballet pedagogy and sports journalism, her sessions will focus on incoporating training tools into daily preparation routines, apparatus work, balance and ballet, offering practical tools and fresh inspiration to elevate coaching practices across all levels. 

This year, RG congress-goers have the opportunity to shape the program by voting on which two apparatus you'd like our expert to focus on. You'll also be able to tell us exactly what you'd like covered within those areas.
