Notice is hereby given that the 23rd Annual General Meeting of Singapore Gymnastics will be held on Saturday, 30 August 2025, from 5.00pm - 8.00pm

Venue: Black Box Auditorium @ Sports Hub Visitor Centre, 6 Stadium Walk, Singapore 397698

Agenda:

1. President's Welcome
2. Confirm and approve the minutes of the 22nd Annual General meeting held on 28 September 2024.
3. Approve the Annual Report for the year ending 31st March 2024.
4. Approve and adopt Audited Financial Statements forthe year ending 31st March 2024
5. Appoint an Auditor for the next financial year.
6. Approve Voting Members.
7. Amendments to the Constitution
8. Accept the process for Election of Directors. 
9. Election of Directors. 
10. Close of AGM

Voting members can nominate 5 representatives to attend which inclues the Voting Representative.

16 August 2025 - Deadline for Voting Members to submit
• Board nomination forms (Form B)
• Voting Representative (Form C)
• Delegation attending (Form D)
• Special Resolutions and/ or agenda items (if any)
23 August 2025 – Final AGM papers sent to Voting Members.
