This year, we’re proud to center our SG Coaches Congress 2025 on the theme:

“Coaching for Impact: Building Pathways Through Participant-Centered Coaching.”

We’re kicking things off by introducing two standout voices who embody this philosophy:

Kelly Simm Kelly Simm is a former Great Britain International gymnast, having been a part of the Senior team for 12 years. Notable achievements include four Commonwealth medals from three consecutive Commonwealth Games, a World Championship team bronze medal, as well as an historic World University Games All Around title for Great Britain in 2015.  Like most, Kelly’s career has not come without its challenges, and understands as well as most the physical, mental and emotional demands it takes to excel in high performance sport. Kelly maintained her gymnastics schedule alongside university undergraduate and master’s degrees in Sport Sciences.

Claudia Fragapane Claudia Fragapane is a former Great Britain international gymnast, beginning her gymnastics journey at the age of six. Claudia started competing internationally at the age of 15 and went on to represent her country at the highest level of the sport, remaining a part of the Great Britain team for 20 years.  Notable achievements have included five Commonwealth gold medals, three European silver medals, and two World bronze medals. Claudia also competed at the 2016 Olympic Games, placing 5th with the Great Britain team.

Both Kelly and Claudia officially retired from competitive gymnastics at the start of 2024, and are now passionate about sharing their experience and knowledge with the next generation. They enjoy supporting young gymnasts in both skill and confidence and passing on their combined experiences to support all involved in the sport of gymnastics.

This is just the warm up - the full speaker lineup will bring fresh ideas, real stories, and practical tools to help you coach with impact.
