The Singapore Gymnastics (SG) Technical Advisory Councils (TACs) have been an important part of the technical infrastructure within the National Sports Association (NSA) since 2017.  

The purpose of each TAC is to provide technical advice and guidance to the Performance Director on their respective discipline in service of the aims and objectives of Singapore Gymnastics.  In short, to increase participation and to elevate gymnastics standards in Singapore.  This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that there is a national athlete syllabus (National Programme) for each discipline, robust coach and judge education and development frameworks, clear athlete programmes and pipelines into the National Squads and fair competition regulations and selection policies.

The SG Board have completed a review of the current Terms of Reference (TORs) and are pleased to publish the revised TORs here.  Appointment to the TAC will be on a voluntary basis for a two-year period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027.
