Singapore Gymnastics will convene its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 30th August 2025, from 5pm to 8pm at the Black Box Auditorium, Sports Hub Visitor Centre.

The AGM will address key governance matters, including the approval of minutes from the 22nd AGM, endorsement of the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ending 31st March 2024., appointment of an auditor, and the election of directors. Proposed amendments to the Constitution and confirmation of voting members will also be tabled for discussion.

Clubs and representatives who have indicated their attendance are kindly reminded to present on the day. Each voting member is permitted to nominate up to five representatives, including one designated Voting Representative

This annual meeting is an important moment for the gymnastics community to come together, reflect on the year’s progress and participate in decisions that shape the organisation’s future. As Singapore Gymnastics continues to evolve, the collective insights and involvement of its members remain vital in building a resilient, inclusive, and high-performing sporting ecosystem.
