Singapore Gymnastics pleased to announce that registration for the WAG Level 1 & 2 Judges Courses is now available. These courses and exams are essential for new judges beginning their journey, also for current judges seeking to maintain their accreditation for the new cycle.

We are offering:

1. Level 1 Course & Exam for individuals who wish to begin their judging journey
2. Level 2 Course & Hybrid Exam for current Level 1 Judges looking to progress to the next level
3. Re-accreditation exam for current Level 1-2 & FIG Judges looking to renew their accreditation for the new cycle.

Important Notes

1. The Level 1 Course covers only Level 1 content.
2. The Level 1 Exam will test Level 1 content only.
3. The Level 2 Course covers only Level 2 content.
4. The Level 2 Hybrid Exam will test both Level 1 and Level 2 content.

Additional Information

1. Level 1 Judges Accreditation

• Level 1 has been split into two modules – Level 1A and Level 1B.
• Candidates who complete Level 1A will be eligible to judge Levels 1–2 categories (no score calculation).
• To become a fully accredited Level 1 Judge, candidates must pass both Level 1A and Level 1B, which will qualify them to judge Levels 1–5 (with full scoring application).
• Note for Level 1B Module:
  Candidates who register for Level 1B will undergo both the course and exam covering Level 1A and Level 1B content. They do not need to register separately for Level 1A. Passing the exam will grant full Level 1 accreditation.

2. Re-accreditation Exams (Current Judges)

• Current Level 1 Judges who wish to maintain their accreditation may register for the re-accreditation exam.
• Current Level 1 Judges who wish to upgrade to Level 2 must attend the full Level 2 course and pass the hybrid exam. While sitting for the Level 1 re-accreditation exam is optional in this case, it is recommended. 
• All current Level 1 & 2 Judges must complete the respective exam in order to retain their accreditation for the new cycle. Attendance at the course is optional.
• Second Exam Date: In addition to the 18 October exam, a second exam sitting will be held on 29 November 2025 exclusively for re-accreditation exam judges. Judges who choose to sit only for the 29 November exam (and skip the 18 October sitting) will not be eligible for a re-test should they fail.

3. Candidates attending the new judges course are required to sit for the exam on 18 October 2025. A re-test will be held on 29 November 2025 if they do not pass the initial exam.

4. FIG Judges are required to take only Level 2 hybrid exam theory. Attendance at the course is optional.

5. Club coaches may register as observers (no exam required). Each club may register up to two coaches per course. The same coaches must attend the full session; splitting attendance between different coaches across the two days is not permitted.
