Due to high membership volume, things are a little backed up on our end. Delivery of membership gifts will be delayed but rest assured we are working hard to deliver your membership pack as soon as possible,  We expect most of the membership parcels to be delivered by end May 2024. Members will receive an email as soon as the packs have been sent out. Singapore Gymnastics (SG) apologises for the delay and thank you for your understanding. 

Going forward, SG is streamlining a couple of our membership gift delivery processes.

• SG Membership gift packs will only be delivered locally.
• SG will only send out Membership gift packs to members with complete address (Unit number, Postal Code) 
• Should SG receive any bounced parcels, members will be contacted via email for self-collection at the National Office.
• Bounced parcels that are unclaimed for 3 months will be deemed property of SG. 

In the meantime, we implore everyone to log in to their account and ensure that the residential address in your SG member account is fully provided (i.e. unit number, street name, postal code) so that the parcels can reach you safely.

How to access your profile information

Step 1. Visit https://www.singaporegymnastics.org.sg/home/ and log in with your username and password.

Step 2: Click into Account to access your Member Profile

Step 3: Click into Profile and update your residential address or other details accordingly.
