Get ready to turn the pages of your favourite stories at GymFest 2026 – Storybook Adventures, happening at Bishan Sports Hall!

Organised annually since 2007, GymFest celebrates the spirit of Gymnastics for All, bringing people together through movement, creativity and a shared love of gymnastics. Inspired by the World Gymnaestrada, this non-competitive festival celebrates participation, self-expression and community.

Twelve Groups, Countless Adventures

This year, 12 groups from artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics and jump rope clubs will bring their stories to life through exciting performances, creative choreography and music.

From the adventures of The Lion King and the magic of Wicked to the colourful world of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and the inspiring story of Matilda, audiences can look forward to these familiar favourites and many more imaginative performances!

Each group will bring its own creativity and personality to the performance floor, transforming stories into memorable displays of movement, teamwork and imagination.

The adventure begins even before the show, with a specially themed Library Entrance welcoming visitors into a world where stories leap from the pages and imagination knows no bounds.

Celebrating Gymnastics for All

At the heart of GymFest are the four pillars of Fun, Fitness, Fundamentals and Friendship. The festival provides an inclusive platform for participants to express themselves, build confidence and share their passion in a supportive environment.

As a non-competitive event, GymFest celebrates every participant and every performance. It is a reminder that gymnastics is not just about skills and routines, but also about creativity, connection and the joy of moving together.
