This Introduction To Gymnastics bridging workshop is open to all NROC coaches, regardless of sport background. It is designed for those who wish to broaden their coaching journey into gymnastics. No prior gymnastics experience is required.

The workshop will equip you with the foundational knowledge and practiGcal skills to confidently deliver introductory gymnastics programs—and prepare you for future opportunities with the expanding ActiveSG, Singapore Gymnastics network.

Dates: 27, 28 & 29 January 2026
Time: 9:00am – 1:00pm (3 mornings)
Location: TBC
Certification: Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon fulfilling all requirements and successful deliverables.

Target Audience

• NROC coaches from any sport seeking to transition into gymnastics coaching
• Coaches with experience working with children and youth (aged 4+)

Prerequisites

• Accredited NROC coach
• Valid Standard First Aid certification
• At least 1 year of coaching experience
• No prior gymnastics experience required

Why Join?

Participants will be eligible to join Singapore Gymnastics as certified coaches to deliver introductory gymnastics classes at ActiveSG Gymnastics Centres, where Singapore Gymnastics is the appointed service provider.
