Eligible candidates must have the following:

1. 2023 Technical Membership 

The observers will diligently take notes and submit any questions via an online platform for subsequent responses. The primary objective is to ensure that the observer's presence does not disrupt or divert the focus of the judges, who are actively preparing for both practical and theoretical exams.

Important notice:

• All course, workshops & events are to be paid in full upon registration. Spaces in the course are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
