The top 5 concerns echoed by clubs are (in order of vote %)

1. Having enough coaches (86%)
2. Having appropriately skilled and experienced coaches (71%)
3. Retention of members (64%)
4. Maintaining venue (50%)
5. Managaing risks (29%)

Therefore in the 2nd SG Coffee Catch Up to be held, we want to narrow down and focus on discovering more insights around COACHES form the club's POV.
