Covid-19 Update as of 23 March 2022

Following the release of the "SAFE MANAGEMENT MEASURES FOR SPORT AND PHYSICAL EXERCISE & ACTIVITY FROM 15 March 2022”, SportSG has approved the updated Singapore Gymnastics sport-specific safe management guidelines updated as of 23 March 2022.

2022 Lunar Competition Wrap Up

The inaugural Singapore Gymnastics Lunar Competition was held at Bishan Sports Hall on 19-20 February 2022. It included three disciplines: Men’s Artistic, Women’s Artistic, and Rhythmic. Singapore Gymnastics Classic is SG's initiative to provide an opportunity for high-level athletes a chance to compete and prepare for the 2022 National Championships.

SG Parent Workshop #1: Managing expectations and disappointment

This workshop is specifically for our gymnastics parents! How they can develop their child's character skills through sport, help their child navigate through the challenges of expectations, managing and be comfortable with disappointment as part of their sporting journey.
