Club Research 2018

We are conducting a Club Research 2018 survey to identify opportunities for customer service and program improvements to help make life easier for gymnastics administrators.

[CCE HOURS] CoachSG Conference 2018 + IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

The CoachSG Conference this year will be held on 31st October 2018 and 1st November 2018, and will have a theme which focuses on our local context - "Coaching Better Every Day: Made In Singapore ...". For the conference this year, they will be looking at our local athletes' and coaches' achievements from the past and present. These successes will then be evaluated using the Coaching Pedagogy, Coaches' Professional Development, Character and Leadership in Sport and Sports Science and Technology.

Tamara Scores Gold at YOG Multidiscipline Team Event!

At the 2018 Youth Olympic Games held in Bueno Aires, gymnasts from the various disciplines (Acrobatics, Rhythmic, Men’s Artistic, Women’s Artistic, and Trampoline) have been drawn into 12 teams of 13 gymnasts each. These gymnasts will compete as a multinational and multidiscipline team, with each team comprising of gymnasts as follows:

Fundamental Gymnastics Coaches Course - September 2018

Through the partnership with Republic Polytechnic, the Fundamentals Gymnastics course is now an integrated course, integrating contents from SG-Coach Level 1 (theory) as well as Values and Principles in Sports (VPS). Participants who pass this course successfully will be able to get their National Registry Of Coaches (NROC) provisional membership, subject to attaining their Standard First Aid (SFA) certification.

ART FIG Academy Level 1 SGP

Between 17 to 24 June 2018, Singapore Gymnastics (SG) was privileged to host the Artistic Gymnastics (ART) Federation Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG) Level 1 Coach Academy in Singapore for the first time.

WAG NTC & SQUAD CAMP – SEPTEMBER 2018

Between 1st to 8th September 2018, the Singapore Gymnastics (SG) High Performance WAG gymnasts and coaches from the National Squads and National Training Centre (NTC) underwent a week of intensive training camp held at the WAG National Training Centre. Apart from gymnasts and coaches from the NTC, we had some junior National Squad gymnasts and coaches from The Yard and CT Gymnastics clubs joining us at the camp.

An Invitation to support Singapore Gymnastics

We seek your support for Singapore Gymnastics's Golf Charity Tournament which will be held on 27 November 2018, in which we aim to raise $100,000. This will go to helping and developing our athletes so that they may compete on the world stage.
