SG COACH Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic Gymnastics develops graceful movement, flexibility, coordination and dance moves combined with the apparatus. Rhythmic Gymnasts perform individually or in a group. The coaching course covers techniques and approaches to:

1. Physical Conditioning
2. Body Difficulties (Jumps, Flexibility, Pivots and Balances)
3. Rhythmic Apparatus
4. Dance and Musicality
5. Group Work
6. The Singapore National Technical Programme

The instructors are experienced and qualified to deliver detailed explanations as well as their own experiences in the field.
