Rhythmic Gymnastics develops graceful movement, flexibility, coordination and dance moves combined with hand apparatus. Rhythmic Gymnasts perform individually or in a group. The coaching courses go through techniques and approaches to:
1. Physical Conditioning,
2. Body Difficulties (Jumps, Flexibility, Pivots and Balances),
3. Rhythmic Apparatus,
5. Group Work
6. The Singapore National Technical Programme
The instructors are well experienced and qualified to deliver high quality material as well as their own experiences in the field.
